Sika Sikafloor-122 Level Universal Self Levelling Compound 20kg

A cement-based self-levelling floor compound designed to smooth and level uneven internal floors before installing floor coverings such as tiles, vinyl, carpet, laminate, or timber.

• Coverage: ~4 m² at 3 mm thickness per bag

• Application thickness: Feather edge to 6 mm per layer

• Walk on time: around 2–4 hours (at ~20 °C)

• Floor coverings: usually after ~24 hours depending on conditions

Mixing guide

• Mix 20 kg powder with ~3.4–3.5 L clean water.

• Mix for about 3 minutes with a paddle mixer until smooth.

• Terrazzo floors

• Floors with underfloor heating (not for embedding pipes/cables).
