We’re really pleased to have helped the fantastic volunteers at Shoreham Fort, to aid them in protecting the fort from it's harshest enemies of all; weather and time.
The Friends of Shoreham Fort are working hard to conserve this heritage site for future generations to explore and enjoy. Part of the project is an aim to create a WW2 area, including an air raid shelter experience.
With funding tight like many charities, we teamed up with our supplier, Day Aggregates, to donate 2 bulk bags of sharp sand each, for repair work and to help keep some of our local history alive.
We look forward to seeing the preservation of the fort for many years to come!
