After a massive renovation of the site and the buildings, the new Builders' Yard in Shoreham Road, Henfield has opened. The Old Brickworks had become run down but a huge investment over the last year by Edburton Contractors and Gardner and Scardifield has paid dividends. An excellent out-of-town Builders' Yard has been created with plenty of parking space and room for lorries and vans to easily collect heavy side building products. The appeal to trade customers is expected to be great.

There will be a wide variety of bricks available from stock with many more available to order. Other products include bagged aggregates and sand, lintels, above and below ground drainage and timber for floors and roofing. The shop contains chemicals. hand tools, H&S equipment and other basics such as brooms and fillers.

The new site is conveniently located to serve West Sussex filling the gap north of the A283 and Horsham as well as stretching across east to Haywards Heath and west towards Pulborough.
